The Autodesk Animation User Group Association of Boston has a website well worth visiting. This Max User Group of Boston is a very active group holding their meetings on an almost monthly basis. Nils Norgren the founder of Neoscape runs the group that holds meetings at the Neoscape’s Boston headquarters. While you are visiting the site check out some of the downloadable content in their ‘Previous Meeting’ section. Here you will find some very could screen captured videos done during their monthly meetings. A few of the topics covered are: Reactor, Maxscript, Smoothing Group Workflow, View Matching, Speed Modeling (by none other than Michele Bousquet), mental ray, Scanline rendering, etc. I only hope he finds the time to update these offerings as they are very well done and worth a look.
